Before taking on a site, our sales and operations teams work together to ensure that a thorough risk assessment, and all inclusive proposal of service is provided, which will make provision for all requirements for security services to meet the highest standards. Allowing you to get an idea of the level of service and coverage of property which you can expect from our team.
Once the Proposal is accepted, we move onto the preparation and implementation of your service, which is where the magic truly happens. Our extensive experience alows us to truly understand the art of taking on new sites, which is how we derived our operations and solutions.

During this process, the HR and operations team thoroughly review the security contract requirements to understand the client’s specific needs, including:
- Requirements for security procedures

Site Specific Recruitment:
Princeton places the utmost importance on placing the right manpower in the correct area of your business, with qualifications, education and acumen playing vital in our decision making. In addition to these fundamental personality points, we also ensure that all the below is in order prior to recruiting and assigning security officers to your site:
- Criminal records – We conduct in-house crim checks to ensure that our data pertaining to an assets criminal background is up to date and accurate. When using a third-party supplier, sometimes the data can lapse, and therefore the information could not be 100% accurate. So, we find that in-house services work best!
- PSIRA Verification – All security service providers which we place on guarding sites need to be PSIRA registered, they also need to hold the other vital skills and training, for example, firearm competency, drivers licence etc.
- Interviews – No staff members are recruited without an interview, and even post this step, induction and training will take place in order for us to ensure that the officers which we place on guarding sites meet the highest standards.
Site Specific Assessment:
Prior to the inception date of the guarding service, we will conduct a comprehensive site survey to establish:
- Potential security vulnerabilities (weak points, blind spots)
- Functional elements such as emergency exits, fire alarms, and shutoff valves
- Assess points and security measures already in place (cameras, alarms)
- Create a detailed post order outlining patrol route, reporting times, and specific duties.
On Site Security Guard Preparation and Training:
Once the preparation, recruitment and initial onboarding and training are complete, we move onto providing guards with comprehensive onsite training covering:
- Site-specific protocols
- Security Guarding measures and equipment operation
- De-escalation techniques and conflict resolution
Ongoing Communication & Coordination:
As mentioned in the first section of this feature, client service and communication is paramount to us, all relationships are entered into with operations, HR as well as the sales and marketing support team, offering you multiple ports of contact to direct concerns, queries or requests.
