The Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) oversees the security industry in South Africa, certifying security officers across various grades. All security personnel must be registered with PSIRA.

Grade A security personnel hold leadership positions, managing multiple sites and overseeing operational aspects of our business. Our area managers are qualified Grade A professionals, with extensive experience and knowledge in the management of security risks, each area manager is responsible for a specialized niche in the market, whether residential, industrial, hospitality or commercial security services.
Grade B Security Supervisors and Controllers
Grade B professionals would be considered site supervisors, and more advanced training when considering guest experience, site management and more. Inspectors also fall within this category. And by placing strong grade B security professionals in positions which require vigorous management and reporting, we are able to give our area managers the support their need to go about their daily business with confidence.
