What is the Process to sign up for our service?

Once you have reached out to our team, one of our capable staff members will assist with an assessment of your needs, current security system and explain the service options to you.
The link procedure is simple – a technician will visit your home and install a Princeton Radio Transmitter into your alarm system, which will send signals to our control room. Your service is active as soon as your alarm system is linked, and you can enjoy the comfort of being protected by the Southern Suburbs leading Armed Response Security Company.
How are the Armed Response Security Services Defined?
Understanding the options available to you for alarm and CCTV monitoring services can be a bit confusing at first. Use these guidelines:
Monitoring only:
We monitor the signals which your alarm system sends, and if there is an activation, we call you, but do not dispatch a vehicle.
Response Only:
We do not monitor your alarm, cctv or panic system, but will dispatch Armed Response units when you call us.
Monitoring and Response:
This is the preferred method of service, whereby we monitor your security system, and dispatch an armed response unit in case of an activation.
Annual Radio Licence fee:
While there is no connection or radio fee at the initiation of your service, there is an annual licence fee, which is due on the 15th of October per year.
Alarm Control Application:
When we link your alarm system, you have an option of adding a bit of hardware, at a small once off fee, which will give you access to an app on your smartphone, this app will allow you to arm, disarm and see activity on your alarm system. There is a small monthly fee for the use of this service.
Bin San-i-tize:
As a leading Security company in the western cape, we noticed that there is an increase of opportunistic thefts and crimes committed on bin days – this is due to a higher volume of foot traffic, and bin pickers being quite active in the areas we serve. To aide in our security efforts, and to add value to our clients’ lives, we launched San-i-tize, our bin cleaning service in 2020. This service provides clients with a thorough cleaning of their municipal bins twice per month.
